International Minerals Corporation Pty Limited (“Imcor”) is undertaking a significant high quality silica-magnesium-ferronickel project near Barraba in New South Wales. The project will be situated alongside a measured stockpile of existing tailings which has been independently evaluated to have a rich content of silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide (estimated at a total of 77%) from which Imcor intends to produce high value silica products, magnesium metal and an intermediate ferronickel product.

By converting tailings and waste dump materials into saleable and high value products, Imcor, using proven existing low cost technologies, will create a major, highly profitable, long-term resource project with the necessary support of the local and state governments and environmental agencies.
